You’ll have our full support to study for your CIMA qualification – with fully funded study and exam days and graduate committee guidance. At Sky your team will support you to make sure your exams can be your number one priority.

What we’re looking for

The one essential requirement is that you have or will be graduating soon. It doesn’t matter what your degree is in. We’re much more interested in your passion for numbers and the drive and ambition you can bring to the team.

Other skills we’re looking for include:

  • A problem-solver
  • Collaborative and great with people
  • A self-starter, eager to drive change in an exciting and dynamic environment.

Your application journey

  • Step 1 – Submit your application.

We’ll be asking for your personal details, academic information and anything else that you think would be relevant such as work experience.

Once your application has been submitted, you’ll be invited to complete our immersive digital assessments. This may land in your junk folder so don’t forget to check it.

  • Step 2 – Complete our two online digital assessments.

These look at your Sky fit and your business fit. Why not pop onto our dedicated Prep hub to familiarise yourself with some of these digital assessments before completing them.

You’ll also have the opportunity to practice each of these assessments beforehand, so please read our email instructions carefully. We’ve added some tips to help you along the way.

  • Step 3 – Attend our virtual assessment centre

For the final stage of your application, we’ll invite you to our virtual assessment centre and give you some tasks to get to know you better. The day will give you a practical insight into what it’s like to work in Finance and will assess your aptitude for this programme.

Once you’ve completed your assessment day, we’ll let you know when you can expect to hear back from us.

Reasonable adjustments – if you need us to make any adjustments to help you complete any stage of your application, let us know you submit your application and someone from our Early Careers team will get in touch.
