Finance Graduate Trainee

A Finance Graduate Trainee, who will be welcomed into a thriving team, collaborating with enthusiastic, detail-orientated and driven professionals who support the continued growth of the Business.

Our unique three-year programme aims to identify and develop graduates into future Finance Managers.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of key functions acquiring knowledge and understanding in specialist areas such as Reporting, Business Partner Analysis and Decision Support, Financial Operations Support, Regulatory and Gaming Support, and Support Services.

To support your growth, our Finance graduates receive dedicated mentoring and have excellent personal development opportunities. This includes a comprehensive study support package to enable you to progress through your accountancy qualifications.

Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK from their first day of employment.

Preferred skills and experience

• 2:1 Honours degree or higher, obtained within the last two years in Finance, Economics, Business, or a similar discipline.
• First class interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for Finance in a fast paced and growing environment.
• Confidence, initiative, and self-motivation.
• Ability to work with, influence and build relationships with people across all functions and levels within the Business.
• Experience working within a Finance department.

Main Responsibilities

• Embarking on a programme, designed to accelerate your knowledge and skills through learning and development.
• Participating in a rotational scheme, which introduces you to our key functions and colleagues within Finance.
• Dealing with one or more mentors from our Senior Management team from day one of your programme.
• Assisting with project work with opportunities to grow within the team.
