Graduate Intern / Financial Analyst

Fluid Ice FO Ltd is an innovative sustainable waste management company, which is developing a tyre pyrolysis plant to tackle the UK’s issue with waste tyre management. Our team is seeking an organised and proactive financial analyst to join and ensure that our financial accounts and spreadsheets are built and maintained.

Fluid Ice FO Ltd is small but growing business, providing many opportunities to grow and develop in responsibility. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and take direction effectively, working independently and collaborate with others. Financial knowledge, experience in Excel and building spreadsheets is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the transaction record and overseeing reconciliation of payments
• Making and collaborating on financial documents
• Reconciliation of financials
• General accounting and invoice tracking
• VAT preparation and general bookkeeping

Requirements:

• Business or STEM degree
• Expertise in Excel and building a Financial Model
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Professional and collegial demeanour
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Role could be 1-3 days office based or remote
