Fluid Ice FO Ltd is an innovative sustainable waste management company, which is developing a tyre pyrolysis plant to tackle the UK’s issue with waste tyre management. Our team is seeking an organised and proactive office assistant to join and ensure that our office runs as effectively as possible.
Fluid Ice FO Ltd is small but growing business, providing many opportunities to grow and develop responsibility. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and take direction effectively, working independently and collaborate with others. Financial knowledge and Excel experience is beneficial, particularly utilising Xero accountancy software.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and Organising office files, records, and documents across SharePoint, Dropbox accounts and office files.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, giving reminders, and taking meeting notes.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Competitive analysis and research
- Maintaining the transaction record and overseeing reconciliation of payments through the Xero software.
- Shopify and website management.
- Making and collaborating on financial documents.
Requirements:
- Business or STEM degree
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Professional and friendly demeanour
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Role is 5 days office based, ideally
