This role involves support two key operational areas within OPUK.?

Supporting the financial controller in managing our month end close and reporting activities, ensuring we achieve group deadlines and provide management decks to our business partners. ?

This role will also be a key resource in monitoring product stock levels within the UK market proactively flagging any risks or concerns so that supply to patients is maintained.

Key Responsibilities & Decisions

  • Responsible for OPEX reporting including Month End Accruals, Variance Analysis and Group Reporting (Stravis)?
  • Lead point of contact with Arvato for OPUK , reviewing areas such as credit limits, new customer set up and delivery times?
  • Support on relationship with OPUK Wholesaler ensuring stock availability within the UK market is at its optimum levels for SKU’s?
  • Conduct ad-hoc business insight analysis when requested

Education Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 GCSE’s
  • 2 A-Levels
  • Currently in 2nd of degree (studying towards a Finance Degree)

Leadership & Behavioural Competencies

  • Attitude of ownership and holding oneself to account to achieve desired outcomes.

Functional & Technical Competencies ?

  • Business, Accounting and or Supply chain degree being pursued?.
  • Confident on Microsoft Office Applications.?
  • Demonstrate an adaptable approach to work, rebalancing priorities where necessary & solving problems pragmatically.
