As the Legal & Privacy intern you will become a member of the close knit Legal and Privacy team at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Europe. We provide legal and privacy advice on a daily basis for the whole business covering a wide range of topics and departments. Your time will be split evenly between assisting both the legal and privacy halves of the team.

This experience will also allow you to interact with different internal stakeholders (e.g., Ethics and Compliance representatives, Procurement & Supply Chain teams, etc.) and to develop hard and soft skills related to presentation, project management, contract drafting and practical legal and data privacy advice.

Finally, the Legal and Privacy intern will have the opportunity to interact on a regular basis with employees from different countries and develop his/her understanding of local countries requirements and specificities associated with Legal and DP Topics.

Key Responsibilities & Decisions

• Support the EU Legal & Privacy Team in undertaking their daily roles (e.g. provision of legal/privacy advice, contract drafting, legal and privacy research, attending meetings, taking minutes, creating presentations etc)
• Assisting EU Legal and Privacy Colleagues with advice and assistance as necessary.
• Assisting in the testing, developing and assessment of AI tools to be used by the EU Business
