Job Description
Support Access team priorities to support deliverable planning and development
Key Accountabilities
Project Management
- Develop and execute project plans – for managing all Horizon scanning activities for HTA bodies which require input from medical and regulatory teams on a regular basis and communication with external agencies through platform or via email
- Building effective internal project plans ensuring successful matrix working with other functions
- Management of meetings and calendars following good practices, such as POSTI
- Understand and be aware of ABPI guidelines and Otsuka policies and values
- Ensure all activities are conducted in line with ABPI guidelines and Otsuka policies and values
Creation and management of deliverables and materials
- Support with developing materials and presentation for internal and external engagements
- Support the approval process for promotional materials, including (but not limited to) access briefing documents, training resources, speaker decks, digital assets.
- Veeva and PromoMats management, including withdrawal of materials
Engage with Partners
- Work collaboratively with partner and vendor companies (where appropriate) to ensure transparency of activities and spend to ensure overall budget adherence
- Work collaboratively with cross functional team, and wider business stakeholders, including OPEL
Pipeline
- Support launch planning for pipeline products, including strategic launch direction and identifying external influencers (post launch)
Competencies / Other Requirements
- Degree level essential, marketing or scientific qualification preferred
- An excellent communicator and great team player
- Ability to work on a broad range of activities and multi-task
- Ability to organise themselves and complex projects
- Adaptable attitude, driven for results, proactive
- Ambitious and ability to develop through marketing career path in the future
