IT Intern

We are looking for a driven IT Intern with a basic understanding of Business process, IT technologies and who is ready for an immersive, real-world experience in a small but progressive and diverse team.

Under the supervision of our staff, the IT Intern can expect to participate in all aspects of IT from Support to Inductions, to Project Management, to Master Data and ERP systems.

• Shadowing members of the IT department as they perform their duties.
• Support the Veeva CRM & Integration migration project
• Help support the project to design, develop and migrate the data warehouse to public cloud.
• Support with the growing demand around AI platforms and how we can best leverage AI (research, information gathering from the business)
• Application and ERP Support Tickets (first line support)
• Support Affiliate File server migrations (comms and working with affiliate IT on permissions etc)
• Support with the CoPilot EU Pilot (testing, comms etc.)
• Creation of training materials for ERP applications (videos, user guides, etc).
• Provide user training (of course the person would need training themselves first).
• Supporting the ERP / MDM helpdesk (first line response, etc).
• Writing up change request documentation and supporting the BCR process.
• Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about IT and ERP systems.
