At Pace Integration our Delivery Excellence capability is responsible for mobilising the people and skills to execute and deliver client value. For example, we deliver system integration projects to automate business solutions such and how employee data passes through the organisation to improve the joiner processes at enterprises.

Working within projects, you will again the experience of both internally and externally facing activities, from running stand-ups on a daily basis, reporting and tracking tasks to resolving dependencies with client counterparts. As well as core project management skills, you will learn how to manage and effective team and grow into a leader within the organisation. Your Role Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.
  • Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming tasks.
  • Ensure that project documentation is organized, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline project delivery processes and enhance efficiency.

Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
  • Be a key team player and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills to anticipate and mitigate project risks and resolve issues.
  • Basic understanding of technical concepts related to the project scope, such as software development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Management, IT or any other relevant field
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
  • PRINCE2 or similar project management qualifications (optional)
