Project Management Intern

To assist Project Managers in delivering efficient and effective project management across Otsuka Europe and European national Otsuka business. ​

To provide project management support on projects, including maintaining the project plan & risk logs.​

To assist in supporting and managing administrative aspects of assigned projects from project award to completion.​​

Job Dimensions (key facts & figures)​

• European travel may be required​
• Coordination and communication with European executive group, Heads of Functional Departments, Product Brand Leads and other project leaders as necessary
• During 2025/2026 we will be launching several products to European market. This role will support the launch success of these products. Specifically, you will:​
• Conduct project check-ins with individual work stream owners to understand progress and risks​
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders to ensure visibility and accuracy on work stream activity progress​
• Maintain project documents e.g., risk log & project plan ​
• Track upcoming milestones & deliverables​
• Coordinate external partners to ensure high quality delivery of outsourced work​
• Deliver formal and informal reports, both via dashboards and verbally, on project status of to Project Managers and project leads.​
• Seek guidance from the project managers, project sponsors or senior management where necessary​
