Stealth Start-Up Opportunity

Opportunity to work in an exciting start-up with a revolutionary approach to charitable fundraising.

Joining entrepreneur Marina Pengilly, who has built a number of tech and consumer brands including Who Loves You and Little Black Door, the social wardrobe app.

We are fully funded and are beginning on a journey to help change the lives of millions of people via a unique and highly scalable platform for philanthropy.

The position involves extensive research on charities in the UK and abroad. The intern will be working closely with the CEO to create a blueprint for partnerships with various organizations.

You'll tackle a range of exciting tasks, from onboarding new charities and businesses to creating engaging content and developing new initiatives.

This internship can become a full-time position and is paid.

Responsibilities

• Research charities and relevant topics.
• Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for charities and businesses.
• Track and report on onboarding success.
• Be the first point of contact for charity and employee inquiries, providing prompt and helpful support.
• Develop and maintain clear and up-to-date support materials.
• Organise introductory meetings, training sessions, and other engagement activities.
• Identify and contact local partnerships.

Application Process

• Submit your CV and a cover letter.
• If shortlisted, you'll be contacted for a brief screening call (15 minutes).
• You'll then complete a technical task (1 hour).
• Progress to an interview with Marina, CEO and co-founder.
• Final interview with both co-founders (in person).

Role Requirements

• 2.1 or higher university degree (or equivalent experience).
• some relevant experience (or great internship experience) would be a bonus
• Ability to learn new tools and adapt to new processes quickly.
• Great analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Google G-Suite.
• Experience with Canva a plus.
• Enthusiastic, target-driven, and a team player.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A background in Business, Marketing, or Research is a bonus, but not required.
