We’re excited to welcome a new group of over 100 undergraduate students to Aon’s London Headquarters. This exclusive in-person conference event offers a unique opportunity to discover the wide variety of early career options available at Aon, learn about key trends and challenges shaping the industry and pick up some useful recruitment tips from our award-winning Early Careers team!

Who can attend

• Students studying any degree subject at a UK university, due to graduate in 2025, 2026 or 2027
• You will need to have or be on track for a 2.1 degree (or equivalent) or above
• We welcome applications from students from all backgrounds with a curiosity about the insurance and financial services industry

Travel expenses

Aon will support with all reasonable UK domestic travel expenses to and from this event.

Important to note

Aon will host a second Early Careers conference event on Friday 10th October entitled: Aon Early Careers Actuarial Conference 2025. Students are only eligible to attend one of our two conference events this year so please consider the topic of each conference and apply for the one that is most suited to your aspirations.
