A STEM career is exciting, challenging, and offers a world of opportunity. But just 15% of engineering graduates and 16.5% of all the engineers in the UK are female. At BAE Systems, we want to change this by inspiring women in science, technology, engineering and maths. We're passionate about helping promote STEM careers for women and girls.

In this session you’ll hear more about what graduate opportunities are available at BAE Systems, get an insights talk from one of our Engineering Managers, Lucy Davies, and listen to current female graduates in STEM roles.
