Psychometric testing has become increasingly popular with employers in the recruitment of their apprenticeships, internships, placements, graduate roles and jobs at all levels in fact as part of a wider assessment process.

These tests measure someone’s skills, abilities or personality, according to a defined set of criteria that a company has identified as important when evaluating potential new hires.
