Applications for our Southampton, Basingstoke, Guildford and Bournemouth offices open on 31/10/2022 and close on 09/12/2022. The application process will consist of:

1) An interview via Teams which will take place throughout November and December

2) A video submission to take place throughout January

3) An engagement event with our current team early February

4) A psychometric profile to be completed mid-February

5) An assessment centre as a final stage towards the end of February We will be making offers by early March for our graduate roles.
