Open Your Doors Day 2025 is a nationwide movement giving young people aged 16–30 the chance to see behind the scenes of leading organisations, connect with recruiters and mentors, and unlock career opportunities.

In Manchester, the focus is on law and professional services — from legal practice to compliance, operations, and client services. This isn’t a lecture or a fair — it’s an in-person experience where you’ll get to ask questions, build connections, and gain practical insight into the world of work.

Who Can Attend

• Young people aged 16–30.
• Currently living in the UK.
• UK citizens, permanent residents, or those with indefinite leave to remain.
• We welcome applicants from all social and educational backgrounds — especially those who have faced barriers to accessing career opportunities.
• Please note: this programme is not open to those on temporary or dependant visas (e.g. Graduate visa, Tier 4, Skilled Worker dependant visa).
