Honda aims to become the “power” that supports people around the world who are trying to do things based on their own initiative. In order to continue to be a company society wants to exist, Honda strives to help people create a better society through our technologies, ideas and designs.

Who we are

Honda is looking for talented Associates to innovate and shape the future of our society. By choosing Honda, you’re choosing a path to personal and professional success.

The Honda Philosophy

The Honda Philosophy and our Fundamental Beliefs drive our desire to “help people and society” and “expand life’s potential”. The underlying basis of such efforts is the concept of “Respect for the Individual,” which is at the centre of our philosophy. We always put “people” in the centre of our thinking, and we believe in the potential of people.

This philosophy is not only shared by all Associates, but also forms the basis for all company activities and sets the standard for the conduct and decision-making of all Associates throughout the Honda Group.

Honda has always been focused on bringing joy to its customers and society. Whether that be through the design, manufacture and sale of award-winning automobiles, motorcycles, and power products, or tackling the challenge of mobility for the future. We are always focused on delivering products that answer the real needs of customers.

Company Vision

For 75 years, Honda’s passionate associates have delivered innovation and excellence that has made it the world’s largest maker of internal combustion engines. But the challenge of decarbonisation is now the most pressing concern and Honda has committed to act.

Honda has set an ambitious target and begun initiatives to realize carbon neutrality throughout its operations by 2050, while here in Europe, our mainstream automobile range is already 100% electrified. At the same time, we will strive to realize a “zero environmental footprint” through our initiatives in manufacturing, such as the utilisation of renewable energy and recycling of resources.
