Programme Advert/Information:

Are you a recent graduate that was unable to get onto a Spring Week or Internship whilst at university? At HSBC, we’re looking for curious, thoughtful individuals who want to explore how their skills could fit into a career in Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB). You don’t need any prior finance experience – just the right mindset and a genuine interest in learning.

Applications are now open for the CIB Graduate Insights Programme. The four-day programme provides an opportunity for recent graduates and students completing their final year of university, interested in learning more about the industry, eager to gain valuable insights into the sector and most importantly, build on key behavioural skills. Participants who complete this experience are fast-tracked to Assessment Centres for our 2025 Off-Cycle Internship Programme – an opportunity you do not want to miss out on!

Eligibility:

Already graduated or graduating in 2025 / Fluent in English / Obtained, or expected to achieve, a minimum 2.1 Degree classification / 3.2 GPA or higher, or overseas equivalent to this
