This event is designed for students studying non-tech subjects, such as Psychology, Geography, Business, History, or the Arts, who are interested in using their problem-solving skills to help shape the future of banking. You’ll explore how we use technology to improve customer experiences, keep systems secure and drive innovation, and gain practical insights into the transferable skills that matter most.

You’ll also hear directly from graduates in our Sheffield tech teams who studied non-STEM degrees and are now thriving in roles across data, engineering, cybersecurity and digital delivery.
