Recruitment process

We aim to keep our recruitment process straightforward, transparent, and respectful of your time.

Our process typically consists of two stages:

  • Initial Interview (Virtual) - The first stage is a virtual interview, giving us a chance to get to know you and for you to learn more about the role and our team. It’s a relaxed and conversational opportunity to explore how your skills and experience align with the position.
  • Second Interview (In Person) - Shortlisted candidates will be invited to Old Billingsgate for an in-person interview. This stage gives you a closer look at our unique venue and working environment, and allows us to discuss the role in more depth.
