The programme provides a pathway to develop a complete skill set developing both technical and interpersonal skills, with the opportunity to work towards membership of your chosen profession.

This includes courses, on-the-job learning with senior members of the team, solving business challenges, building a strong professional network and starting to take on responsibility for small leadership tasks.
