What does the application process look like?
CV Screening. Your application will be screened against our essential entry requirements by a member of our team.
Online Test. A quick test that simulates the role.
Video Interview. If successful, you will be invited to a live video interview with one of our recruitment team, where you will be measured against your motivations for the role, core competencies, and alignment with St. Modwen’s values.
Assessment Centres. If you pass the second round, you will be invited to an Assessment Centre, where we will measure you against key skills for the role and our values.
Offers. Top performing candidates will then be offered positions to start in September 2024.

Our dedicated CSR Steering Group helps us identify and actively pursue CSR initiatives across the company. This goes beyond simply complying with legislation. Provide opportunities for a minimum of 60 full-time equivalent trainees/graduates or apprentices across the group.
Develop a diversity and inclusion strategy for implementation during 2019.
Launch people management and leadership development programmes in 2019.
Raise awareness and create an open culture to support and discuss mental health through the following routes:
Offer mental health training for 25 employees to become champions of mental health awareness in our offices in 2019.
Provide interactive training in 2019 for all management employees to help recognise and identify potential mental health issues and give them the tools to help.
Implement an awareness campaign to promote the free help available to employees struggling with both practical and emotional challenges.
