Who we are
We recruit, train and promote the mental health workforce, ensuring the right professionals can deliver the right support at the right time. To achieve this we need a thriving mental health workforce.
What we do
Our two-year, fully funded programme, trains up to 160 mental health social workers every year. Combining academic learning with on-the-job experience, our trainees make a difference right from the very start of their time with us.
