Our 2020 Digital Engineering Vision

Atkins is looking for the next generation of digital stars to help us shape the future. Digital is enhancing everything we do, making our world faster, better and safer. As we move towards providing seamless multidisciplinary technical expertise across all our sectors — we’re always advancing our graduates’ exposure to projects on the leading edge of innovation and technology.

Graduate Development Programme (GDP)

Our supportive, three year programme puts you in control of your career goals. You’ll be part of a project from day one, as a valued team member. You can work towards a professional accreditation, build the skills for a successful long-term career, and take on great opportunities such as secondments abroad or in different UK offices.

Vibrant Graduate Community

Good times are an essential part of the GDP. These include social and sport events, skiing trips abroad, and the RedR Charity Challenge which brings in over £15,000 a year! We have a flexible approach to work/life balance which allows our grads to flourish in their work placement, study and personal time.

Undergraduate Placements

We offer Summer Placements which last a minimum of 12 weeks and Industrial placements, from 8 to 12 months. Give your career a head start by gaining unrivalled technical experience and industry exposure at Atkins.
