"The atmosphere is professional focused and light-hearted within the office. Some teams are more chatty than others but this usually coincides with the type of work they are doing. The larger office (SMC) encompasses more of a hierarchical structure than the smaller office (Canary Wharf), but experiencing a year in both locations has broadened my mind to the different ways of working and socialising. Team socials/drinks/lunches are not too often, although when they come around it's a great time for team-building and networking."

"The amount of events CBRE hosts and encourages you to get involved with is fantastic. There is something for everyone."
Graduate, London
"The hours are completely reasonable, the hierarchy is quite flat and socialising is good. I would just say that the culture of the rotations period has negatively affected my impressions as it feels like some people have been left with few options and little support. There should be a much more transparent process as it's upsetting for a lot of people."
Graduate, London
"People are very sociable and make an effort to offer employees many benefits. There is a bit of a lack of integration between departments, though."
Entry level, London
"It's a hardworking and rewarding environment with opportunities to get out of the office often."
Graduate, London
"The culture at CBRE is good, always sociable and there are always events going on."
London
"It's very friendly and sociable, though this can differ from team to team. Most people are happy to socialise after work and there's always a range of events offered. Teams are happy to collaborate and work well together across sectors and service lines."
Graduate, London
"There's a hardworking culture but also a focus on enjoyment."
