"Being on the graduate programme, I have not been exposed to promotion discussions and possibilities yet so it is difficult to comment on this. However, I've seen young people being promoted within my team and it seems as though you can negotiate your position if you feel unsatisfied or under-valued. Also, with Dublin being a relatively new office, there is definitely scope for young people to work their way up the ranks if they continue to impress and excel in their work."
