The sites are very male dominated but so is the industry as a whole. I and other women that I work with have found that we have been treated equally. Gist are a little behind the times when it comes to the maternity package."
"The recruitment process appears to be great and the company has a very high retention rate. It also supports parents with child-care vouchers (subsidised from your salary) and offers good maternity leave (and a shorter paternity leave). However, I think that diversity is not the best when it comes to race and gender. There is a lack different ethnicities in many of the offices, including the head office. There is also a lack of women in high managerial roles. Only one woman has a seat on the board (which is common in the corporate world)."
