- Make the most of discounts on our products and services, from current accounts to car insurance.
Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
Living our values means we’re always striving to create a fully inclusive environment for all our colleagues. One that is truly representative of modern-day Britain. These are just some of the recent strides we’ve made towards that goal.
- At the end of 2022, 39.4% of our senior management roles were held by women. We're working hard to make that 50% by 2025.
- In 2022, our Career Acceleration Programme for Black heritage managers launched. By the end of the year over 25% had secured senior roles or made lateral moves to progress their careers.
- We’re committed to providing an inclusive environment for our 7,000 colleagues who have disclosed a disability, long-term health condition or neurodiverse condition.
- We’re #AlwaysProud because for us, Pride isn’t a month in the calendar. It’s an all-year celebration of sexualities and identities.
Wellbeing
We want you to be your best inside and outside of work. And we work hard to provide the right tools and support to help you do that, under six pillars.
- Healthy mind support ranges from workshops and tools for good mental health to free access to apps such as Headspace.

- Healthy work-life means you can work from home up to three days a week and enjoy time for volunteering and fundraising activities.

You’ll also benefit from a comprehensive induction programme, mentoring opportunities, access to our fantastic online learning platform, plus tons of support and learning opportunities.
Sustainability
We're committed to reducing the carbon emissions we finance to net zero by 2050 or sooner. But finance isn’t the only way we’re contributing to a low carbon future.
We're aiming to achieve net zero for our own operations by 2030. We're committed to giving customers the right tools, products and services to help them respond to climate change. And we’re working with others in the industry, as well as the government, to support a successful transition to a low carbon economy.
Join us and you can be part of shaping a sustainable future for everyone.
