Internship opportunities include our spring week programmes, Explore Nomura and Women’s Immersion, a 9 week summer internship in London or a 3-6 month internship in one of our regional offices. Internships are the perfect preparation for a subsequent full time role. Nomura will extend full time offers to strong performers to return to the company the following year. The recruitment process consists of a first round telephone interview with a junior business representatives. If successful, the final round consists of either a case study or group exercise and competency based interviews with senior representatives.
