Benefits

Our fantastic range of benefits really are something special, here are our highlights: Free Sky Q (for the TV you love all in one place), a generous pension, 25 days paid annual leave, discounted Mobile and broadband and private health care.

Recruitment process

Step 1 – Submit your application.

We’ll be asking for your personal details, academic information and anything else that you think would be relevant such as work experience.

Once your application has been submitted, you’ll be invited to complete our immersive digital assessments. This may land in your junk folder so don’t forget to check it.

Step 2 – Complete our online digital assessments.

These look at your Sky fit, business fit and your numerical reasoning abilities. Why not pop onto our dedicated Prep hub to familiarising yourself with some of these digital assessments before completing them.

You’ll also have the opportunity to practice each of these assessments beforehand, so please read our email instructions carefully. We’ve added some tips to help you along the way.

Step 3 – Attend our virtual assessment centre.

For the final stage of your application, we’ll invite you to our virtual assessment centre and give you some tasks to get to know you better. The day will give you a practical insight into what it’s like to work in Finance and will assess your aptitude for this programme.

Once you’ve completed your assessment day, we’ll let you know when you can expect to hear back from us.

Reasonable adjustments – if you need us to make any adjustments to help you complete any stage of your application, let us know you submit your application and someone from our Early Careers team will get in touch.

Culture & Values

Enjoy an action-packed, learning experience with us as part of your graduate programme. We’ll help you grow into a great future leader, with the right tools and support. Our 2-year learning and development programme sits alongside your graduate programme and supports you during your programme and beyond.

Plus, you’ll have access to a range of tools, from workshops to digital courses (like LinkedIn Learning), which will help you along the way. It’s a journey and we want you to see your progress, so you’ll get your very own development report to track your success.

Our support doesn’t end there. You’ll join a cohort of grads on the same journey as yourself and we’ve also got an Emerging Talent community setup to support early talent in Sky. They host regular events and talks on topics important to young people starting their career journeys.

Sky: Where growth begins

Mission

At Sky, we're a major producer of ambitious, original film and TV, made here in the UK and Europe. We're also a tech business, building platforms, hardware and apps to transform your entertainment experience, for the better.

Through our work, we support the creative industries and create highly skilled jobs. We're also determined to make a positive impact on the world.

So across Sky, we support two important causes.

Through Sky Up, we help people fulfil their potential by giving them access to the internet and opportunities in our industry.

And through Sky Zero, we're slashing our carbon emissions and inspiring others to do the same. Find out more about how we use our ways of working and our influence to further these two important causes below.

Equity, diversity & inclusion

It’s our people that make Sky Europe’s leading entertainment company. That’s why we work hard to be an inclusive employer, so everyone at Sky can be their best. CVs aren’t everything. We’re more focused on who you are and the potential what you’ll bring to Sky.

We celebrate diversity because different people, with different perspectives make Sky a better business. Our customers are incredibly diverse, so we should be, too.

Sustainability

Sky Zero is our environmental impact programme, our company-wide effort to go net zero carbon by 2030 and protect the planet. It’s about creating change, fast, from building energy-efficient, recyclable tech for our customers, to working with our partners and suppliers to support a just transition to a low-carbon world. Through our TV, we’re raising awareness of the climate crisis and mobilising millions to take action.
