"When I was hired in 2009, there was quite a rigorous application process: there was an online application form, online verbal and numerical reasoning tests, a phone interview, then an assessment day involving a written exercise, two group exercises and an interview within which applicants had to give a presentation which had to be prepared in advance of the assessment day."
