At Unilever Research and Development (R&D), our world-leading scientists find answers to problems and turn the into products consumers want to buy. In 2023 alone, new product innovations developed by our experts added €1.8 billion to our turnover. From laundry detergents that perform in short wash cycles, to hair care ranges that get to the root of damage and bring back shine, were innovating for growth, and this all happens at our state-of-the-art R&D site in Port Sunlight – the original home of Unilever.

Recruitment Process

Step 1: Online Application

Complete the online application form and tell us about your motivation for choosing Unilever and your selected programme. It is a simple and easy process with the option of filling out your details using your LinkedIn profile.

Step 2: Digital Interview

If your online application and motivation is successful, you will be invited to complete a digital interview. If you are applying for finance, you will be asked to complete a Numerical Reasoning Test before passing to the Digital Interview Stage.

Step 3: Virtual Discovery Centre

You will be invited to spend a virtual day in the life with us, immersing yourself in business challenges, our Purpose Hub and an Interview.
