What is Customer Development?
It’s sales with strategy — building strong retailer relationships, executing brilliant brand plans, and making sure products like Dove, Marmite, or Hellmann’s are always available when and where people need them.
You could be working on:
- Negotiating in-store promotions with major UK retailers
- Launching innovation campaigns for new products
- Analysing shopper insights to inform sales strategy
- Collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain & Finance to deliver big commercial wins
- Growing online sales in the ever-evolving digital retail space
