Amadeus is one of the world’s leading software companies and a certified Top Employer for 2019. We build the technology that powers all aspects of the travel industry.
As a global community of almost 19,000 professionals from over 145 different nationalities serving customers in more than 190 countries we recognise the importance of having a gender diverse workforce for a fair and productive working environment.
We believe that to address a gender imbalance we need to start at the beginning, with entry levels roles within the organisation. As such we are focusing on encouraging girls and young women to pursue careers in STEM fields. This focus was borne out through our sponsorship of the Code First: Girls conference in London and now, our partnership with IT’sNJFB.
We have made a strategic commitment to building a workplace with equal opportunities for all employees, this includes regular reviews of our selection processes for bias, and to ensure our job offers are gender-neutral and the close monitoring of remuneration processes.
To maintain our market position as the undisputed leader in travel technology, Amadeus places disruptive innovation at the heart of what we do. We’re looking for like-minded graduates and interns who share our passion for travel tech.
