Current Recruitment Processes
We have a 2 step recruiting process:
- Phone/Video interview with to Engineers (60 min)
- Virtual face-to-face interview including Intro to product, Technical interview and HR interview (3hours)
Prior to Covid, we would do the face-to-face interview in the office, but have been doing it virtually since March 2020
Application Open Date
We have 2 intakes for graduates every year (January and August) We recruit for those positions throughout the year and therefore our application process is always ongoing.
We do Summer Internships for penultimate year students which runs from end of June and 10 weeks. The recruitment process starts around January.
Application Close Date
The recruitment process for SE interns normally finish around end of April.
For the graduate positions, the roles are more or less live all year. When we finish recruiting for the January class, we start recruiting for the August class.
