About us
At Just Eat we’re proud to be the world’s leading marketplace for online food delivery.
With over 62,000 restaurant partners and 100+ cuisine types available to over 15 million customers worldwide, Just Eat offers more choice than anyone else – catering to every taste, mood, occasion and budget. It is our people that make Just Eat the great company it is. We are committed to bringing emerging talent into our business, as well as retaining and developing our existing colleagues, with the potential to be tomorrow's leaders of Just Eat.
From humble beginnings in a Danish basement in 2001 to our 2014 listing on the London Stock Exchange, we now operate in 12 markets across the globe. We see huge opportunities for growth and our long-term ambition is to revolutionise the way people order and enjoy food.
In that sense, our story’s only really just begun, and that is where you come in. We are looking for graduates to join these teams in September 2018.
We are passionate about supporting our growing teams, empowering them to focus on providing excellent service to our customers and Restaurant Partners. We invest significantly in developing the talent we already have across our global business, offering numerous development opportunities to all employees based on key trends identified in individuals’ personal development plans.
This includes opportunities such as training courses run by external experts, coaching, mentoring, webinars, access to online learning resources and professional sponsorship. We have also provided extensive support for all of our managers, ensuring they are well placed to drive and lead high performing, successful teams; from new manager development programmes all the way through to executive leadership development.
We are striving to bring more women into the workplace, especially in technology – we would like to see 50% of our intake to be female in the coming years. Early Talent like yourself is the future leadership of Just Eat - events like this pave the way to achieving this.
Excited? Good. We’re inspired every day by our multi-talented team, and are always looking to recruit more passionate and enthusiastic people to help us keep food discovery exciting. Could you be next?

IT's not just for the boys! was a brilliant event, probably the most useful one I’ve attended during my time at uni and I hope you continue to hold it for the oncoming years! If it wasn’t for the event I probably wouldn’t have felt like I was suitable to apply for my graduate role with Accenture!

IT's not just for the boys was once again my favorite event this academic year. It is amazing to be around so many inspiring females and young upcoming techies that are so passionate about the industry. The layout of the event is perfect, the skills session and team challenge really allowed me to see how they would work in a team and I got to see them in an environment that I wouldn't at any other event. The calibre of candidates is also very impressive. Getting all their details, CV's and whether they are interested is fantastic for me to follow up!

A fantastic opportunity to meet some truly inspirational women in the technology sector!

IT’s not just for the boys has become an integral part of Deutsche Bank’s graduate hiring season. The day itself is fun and informative and we consistently meet high calibre female applicants who are successful in progressing through our hiring processes, onto our programmes. Looking forward to taking part again this year!

We loved hosting IT's not just for the boys! at Bloomberg again this year. It is a fantastic opportunity to meet some of the top prospective engineers around the UK, and we truly benefit from having the opportunity to engage in such interactive sessions. The events are extremely well organised, and the students are very well prepared to network with sponsors and make the most of their experience. We look forward to continued partnership with TARGETjobs Events on their fantastic work in bringing more focus to women in technology!

This event showed me the sector is much more diverse than I originally thought, it is possible to reach the top regardless of gender!

Thank you to all the TARGETjobs Events team as the whole event is really excellent. I have been to so many events in the tech space and for young women there really isn't anything like it.

Isban attended INJFTB for the first time last year and were hugely impressed! We are not a well-known brand in our own right, this event gave us the opportunity to tell our story to an enthused female technical audience. ITNJFTB was a very successful source of interns & graduates, and we will be returning in 2018!
Isban
Extremely helpful and interesting. Has opened my eyes to more opportunities within the sector. The sky is the limit!

The day was insightful and educational, providing the students with every opportunity to ask questions and get to know the firm and its culture. The students meet with senior female industry professionals and learnt how to have a successful career in the technology industry!

IBM have attended IT's not just for the boys! for many years and the reason we keep coming back is the event delivers fantastic candidates who have been pre-selected for us. The students are always extremely engaged, technology focused, knowledgeable about our organisation and keen to find out what opportunities are available to them. After each event we receive a great number of applications and many of these candidates go on to secure roles with us as placement students, summer interns and graduates

I learned not all IT careers focus on programming, there are so many options out there which require the skills I have!

The event was really well organised and provided a great way to meet and network with such ambitious and engaged students. The structure and interactive nature meant recruiters could really get to know and build relationships with students throughout the day. Look forward to attending future events!
KPMG
An excellent day focusing on you and your strengths rather than you as a female student. I often forgot it was a female only event and left feeling empowered!
