Graduate opportunities

We offer two graduate schemes within our IT area which are: IT Technical Leadership and IT and Business Management.

Our IT Technical Leadership scheme is the newest addition to our scheme portfolio. We’re looking for the next generation of technically minded graduates that can lead technology change. As well as learning about key technologies supporting the insurance industry, we will be skilling you up to understand Cloud, Secure Datacentres & many other integral new technologies.

Our IT and Business Management scheme is special, as it gives you the opportunity to gain a holistic view of the entire IT operation, from development and architecture to business analysis and project management. Our previous Professional Trainees have worked in a range of IT area including:

  • Project manging the redesign on a new network to seeing where potential threats may come from as part of the Cyber Security team.
  • Implementing 4G signal on corporate mobiles and project managed the migration of data across different datacentres.

We’ve structured both of the three year schemes so that you rotate through a series of different placements to give you a broad understanding of different IT departments and how they work together. You can look forward to exciting work, hands-on exposure and the opportunity to gain valuable professional qualifications. It’s insightful, varied and dynamic. With a dedicated mentor and a great support network, you’ll have everything you need to develop a rewarding career.
