We loved hosting IT's not just for the boys! at Bloomberg again this year. It is a fantastic opportunity to meet some of the top prospective engineers around the UK, and we truly benefit from having the opportunity to engage in such interactive sessions. The events are extremely well organised, and the students are very well prepared to network with sponsors and make the most of their experience. IT's not just for the boys was once again my favorite event this academic year. It is amazing to be around so many inspiring females and young upcoming techies that are so passionate about the industry. The layout of the event is perfect, the skills session and team challenge really allowed me to see how they would work in a team and I got to see them in an environment that I wouldn't at any other event. The calibre of candidates is also very impressive. Getting all their details, CV's and whether they are interested is fantastic for me to follow up!

The students are always extremely engaged, technology focused, knowledgeable about our organisation and keen to find out what opportunities are available to them. After each event we receive a great number of applications and many of these candidates go on to secure roles with us as placement students, summer interns and graduates

Isban attended INJFTB for the first time last year and were hugely impressed! We are not a well-known brand in our own right, this event gave us the opportunity to tell our story to an enthused female technical audience. ITNJFTB was a very successful source of interns & graduates, and we will be returning in 2018!
