About the Audit Graduate Programme

Over three years, you’ll get hands-on experience on a variety of projects, balance your work and your studies, and achieve a globally recognised ICAS qualification. With the support of BDO’s subject-matter experts, you’ll gain a range of personal, management, and commercial skills that take you from a graduate to a well-rounded professional. You’ll need to be inquisitive. Hungry for knowledge. And keen to rise to the challenges our high-performing audit team faces.

About you

Wherever you work with us, you’ll need to be curious, resilient, and adaptable, with a desire to be held accountable. We’re big on relationship-building across all our teams, so we’ll help you build excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bring a data mindset, excellent logical and analytical skills, and critical thinking – we’ll give you the tools and training to develop everything else you'll need, in a role to be proud of.

Programme-specific Requirements:

  • A 2:2 degree in any discipline (obtained or predicted)
  • Three A-levels or equivalent at A*-C excluding General Studies and Extended Projects (obtained or predicted)
  • 9-4 in Maths and English at GCSE/Scottish Standards or equivalent
  • Ability and commitment to balance study and professional work
