About DWS
At DWS, we’re capturing the opportunities of tomorrow. You can be part of a leading, client-committed, global Asset Manager, making an impact on individuals, communities, and the world. Our 2-year P.A.C.E. program consists of a technical training period and is followed by four six-month rotations within your assigned division, where you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance.
