You will be working alongside industry experts and specialists, who will share invaluable knowledge and experience with you. We give you the opportunity to work on world class projects, with an unmatched portfolio of clients with the hope that you will go on to become the Next Generation of CBRE.
What is the opportunity?
Our Industry Placement is 12 months long and will be starting in September 2025.
We offer the opportunity to work in our Edinburgh office for 12 months to gain exposure to our Cost Consultancy teams.
What you will need to succeed
- Be a second-year university student on track for a 2:1 minimum.
- Studying an RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or related degree.
- A forward-thinking and enthusiastic individual with a passion for real estate & the built environment.
- Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and proactive with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and good time management.
- Good MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- The successful candidate must, by the commencement of employment, have the right to work in the UK.
- To maximise learning, we ask all our next generation cohort to be in the office on each of their working days.
- You may from time to time be required to work additional hours as are necessary.
