Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our London office for a six-month internship commencing in March or April 2026. The intern will support the ongoing activities of the London office, working on both equity and debt transactions.

The Intern will have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with senior team members on presentations and financial analysis
  • Assist the team in underwriting for asset sales/acquisitions, recapitalization of platforms and debt placement (financing/refinancing) across all property types
  • Perform comprehensive and in-depth company, real estate, and market analysis
  • Due diligence collection and review
  • Create pitches, proposals, and marketing materials
  • Participate in client interactions to gain exposure to key executives, investors and senior bankers

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications

  • Candidates must demonstrate a combination of strong academic aptitudes, quantitative skills, personal motivation, and distinguished written and oral communication skills. It is strongly preferred that your background includes:
  • Dedication to building a career in the financial services industry, ideally with a focus on real estate finance
  • Proven skills & knowledge in finance and mathematics
  • Willingness to work hard in a demanding and highly focused environment
  • Energetic self-starter who is flexible, organized, conscientious, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Strong sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results
  • Ability to work in different project teams with juniors and seniors executives
  • An excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience in real estate finance is a plus, but not a must-have

Minimum qualifications

  • A Bachelor and/or Master degree with academic distinction and coursework in economics, financial accounting, corporate finance and/or real estate from a Tier-1 University or Business School
  • Ideally, professional experience through internships, part-time or full-time work and/or extra-curricular activities in corporate finance, private equity or real estate
