Job Description

Purpose of the Role

To support the day-to-day operations of the finance (TFI) division, providing insights and expertise that help more senior colleagues make informed decisions, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities.

Accountabilities

• Daily profit and loss analysis for treasury funding and investments, identifying and researching performance impacts, trends, and insights.
• Compilation of regular reports, scorecards and presentations based on analysis for senior management.
• Participation in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Assist in calls and meetings with fiscal stakeholders.
• Management of the development and implementation of financial models and strategies that support decision making.

Our Explorer Programme

You'll join our explorer programme, a 2-year programme designed to give you depth and breadth of experience. Participating in job-based bespoke training from the start, enabling you to go fully-equipped into your role as you embark on the first of three eight-month-long rotations.

Barclays will accept applications from candidates who require visa sponsorship to work in the UK and will provide a skilled worker visa for successful applicants if they meet the Home Office’s eligibility criteria for a skilled worker visa.
