Role title: Rural Sandwich Surveyor (September 2027 start)

Salary: London salary £29,000 and Regional salary £26,500

About This Role

Savills Rural team operate at the forefront of dynamic and forward-thinking land management. With a network of over 30 offices across the UK, our surveyors and rural professionals offer a range of advice to clients including traditional estate management, preparation of farms and estates for sale, forestry management and investment, and consultancy services such as valuation or infrastructure projects delivery. Our wider services include architecture, building consultancy, rural planning, food and farming, renewable energy, and strategic projects, providing graduates with a wide range of experience across the rural sector.

Locations Available

London - We have an opening for a Sandwich Year Placement Student to support our fast-paced Rural Professional team in Margaret Street, London. The team focuses on rural property portfolios, landed estates, and prime agricultural property across central England. This role offers a varied workload and requires someone proactive, efficient, and organized. Training and support towards the RICS APC Rural or Valuation Pathway will be provided.

Lincoln - The Lincoln Estate Management Team manages diverse rural properties across Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, and Leicestershire. We provide advice on property management, landlord and tenant matters, development opportunities, and estate strategy. The role offers exposure to estate management and rural surveying work, including maintenance projects.

The Lincoln team consists of 8 members and offers a supportive environment to develop technical skills, build client relationships, and progress towards professional qualifications.
