2027 Technology Graduate Programme
Join Technology within Macquarie's Corporate Operations Group (COG), which brings together technology, data, AI, digital platforms, operations and specialist support teams that help Macquarie work efficiently, securely and at scale. As a graduate, you'll help design, build and improve the systems, platforms and tools that support our people, clients and businesses globally.
We are a global financial services group operating in 30 markets with 57 years of unbroken profitability. At Macquarie, you’re empowered to shape a career that is fulfilling and creates value. You will bring your insights and expertise to the task at hand and feel supported as you make your own kind of impact for a better future.
What Role Will You Play?
As a graduate in Technology, you'll work with supportive colleagues and leaders to solve complex problems and deliver practical technology solutions. You'll build your skills through hands-on work with innovative tools, systems and platforms, while seeing the impact your ideas can have across Macquarie.
Depending on your individual role, you could be:
- Designing, building and enhancing technology platforms that support trading, risk management and business operations
- Working on digital platforms, trading systems, business applications or data tools
- Learning agile delivery, software development, DevOps, cloud, automation or solution design
- Using data, analytics, AI or emerging technologies to help solve business problems and improve processes
- Partnering with technology and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions and improve user experiences
During this twelve-month programme, you’ll be encouraged to examine problems from every angle, challenge the status quo and come up with new and innovative ways of progressing our business while being supported by an inclusive team.
