About the job you’re considering

FROG, part of Capgemini Invent, is the reinvention and experience partner for the eco digital era, innovating with purpose at scale across technology, data and AI, and bringing a holistic approach to imagine, make and scale what’s next. Through our Accelerate Graduate Programme, you’ll join as an Associate Consultant and build the foundations of a consulting and design career from day one.

The Accelerate Programme

The Accelerate Programme is Capgemini Invent UK's award winning graduate development programme. Over approximately 19 to 21 months, you'll progress from Associate Consultant to Consultant through a blend of structured learning, coaching, mentoring and hands on client experience. Following an initial three week induction and a twelve week consulting training programme delivered by the Institute, you'll move into your chosen pathway, applying your skills on live client projects while benefiting from ongoing development, regular feedback and a strong graduate community. Travel to client sites may be required, and candidates should live within reasonable commuting distance of their chosen office location.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home, noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role:

As an Associate Consultant, you will develop the key skills that shape how our clients evolve the way they work, perform and achieve their goals, working across both large scale transformation programmes and shorter, outcome focused initiatives. Depending on your craft team, your day to day responsibilities could include:

  • Working closely within a project team, participating in client meetings, running workshops, or supporting delivery of key project milestones

  • Designing innovative strategies and propositions across customer engagement, CRM, loyalty, marketing, content, commerce and service transformation

  • Leading or contributing to user research activities, and assessing enabling technologies and platforms

  • Helping bring new designs to life through real world implementation

  • Supporting business development and sales efforts, contributing to thought leadership, and engaging in internal initiatives such as training, wellbeing programmes and employee networks

At Capgemini, building an inclusive future is part of everyday life and will be part of your working reality. We have built a representative and welcoming environment for everyone.

Your skills and experience:

For all capabilities within the frog Academy, we welcome applicants who can demonstrate:

  • A natural curiosity in topics relevant to the capabilities and crafts we operate in

  • A passion for great customer experiences and emerging technology, with an understanding of the importance of putting the customer at the heart of new solutions to solve client problems

  • An interest in and or experience in one of our target sectors: Retail, Consumer Products, Financial Services, Public Sector, Energy and Utilities, Manufacturing and Automotive, Life Sciences, Travel and Transport, and Telecommunications

  • A strong desire to work in a fast paced environment alongside senior client stakeholders, articulating the value of the customer, their behaviours and motivations as a key part of any business growth and transformation strategy

At Capgemini Invent, we take a holistic approach to recruitment. While academic achievement is considered, we equally value potential, curiosity and mindset, which will be assessed throughout the recruitment process.

Please opt in during the application process.

Need to Know

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre employment checks, including identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back three continuous years, and an unspent criminal record check (known as a Disclosure and Barring Service check). You will also need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard Checks.

There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last three years, further checks may be required.

There are other criteria and checks required for BPSS and, throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility including, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.

Note: You will have lived in the UK for the last three years with no more than six months out of the country in order to meet security clearance requirements. You may be required to work away from home during the week after the initial training period.
