You will... 

You need to be a people person with a digital first mindset; you’ll need the confidence and skill it takes to work with a wide variety of people and be solution based. There is an opportunity to work with all PPD hair brands, supporting with website management, making this a busy but rewarding role. You should have a creative mindset, identifying areas in which we can increase engagement and the quality of content to our customers. Always with the Hairdresser at the heart of what we do. 

We will give you the opportunity to work on creative shoots for content and the build of eLearning’s. You will also be involved in data analysis.  

Day-to-day you may be... 

• Understanding and reporting on data 
• Managing monthly IT requests
• Manage content and results of CRM
• Supporting and meeting with local and global stakeholders regularly 

You have...  

In order to be successful in this role you will need to have: 

• Basic IT skills in excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Digital first mindset with entrepreneurial attitude for innovation.
• Organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• An adaptable approach to work, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Great team player approach with the ability to network. 
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Proactivity, with a keen eye for improved efficiency. 

In this role you will learn…

• Creation of online educational hairdressing and business content.

Eligibility... 

• You must NOT have already obtained a degree
• Eligible to work in the UK by the start of the contract
• Have GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4, or equivalent)
• Have achieved a BBC at A level or equivalent in International baccalaureate or other courses.

Start Dates: September 2025
Annual Salary: £24,000 per annum 
Level : Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship.   
Degree: Chartered Management Degree, from the University of West London
Tuition: L'Oréal fully covers the cost of the degree programme. 
Duration : 3 Years + EPA  
Working Day Week : 4 Days in L'Oréal, 1 Day at University
