Caddick Civil Engineering is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor (graduate level) to join our commercial team in Yorkshire & North East. This role will provide valuable experience supporting the commercial management of infrastructure projects.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with cost management and project financial reporting.
  • Support valuations and payment applications.
  • Assist with subcontract procurement and management.
  • Support change control and cost forecasting.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar.
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
