We are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor (graduate level) to join our commercial team in the Midlands. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop commercial and contractual skills while working on a wide range of construction projects.

What You’ll Do

• Support the commercial management of construction projects.
• Assist with valuations, cost reporting, and forecasting.
• Help prepare subcontract packages and procurement activities.
• Support change management and cost control processes.
• Assist with final accounts and project financial reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.
