About Cordic
At Cordic, we’re changing the tech game in the UK’s private hire and licensed taxi sector. Owned by operators and for operators, we provide fleets with rock-solid and innovative tools to take on ride-hail.
As well as being one of the UK’s largest taxi dispatch software providers, powering fleets nationwide, this year we launched SuperYes, the first cross-dispatch job-sharing network helping fleets boost reliability, fill more jobs, and grow revenue.
With offices in London and St. Ives, near Cambridge, we’re a changeable, close-knit hybrid team that focuses relentlessly on delivering for our customers.
We’re investing in better marketing content – real stories, customer voices, product walk-throughs, event coverage, and industry insight.
This role sits at the heart of that shift.
The Role
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Audio Visual Content Producer who loves video, audio, storytelling, and capturing real people on camera.
Your mission is simple:
Create engaging, authentic content that brings Cordic and SuperYes to life – on social, on our website, at events, and across the industry.
You’ll attend customer offices and fleet events to record vox pops, film product demos, capture customer stories, edit short-form videos, package up Loom-style product explainers, and potentially help us launch industry podcast content. You’ll turn moments into reusable assets that drive awareness, sales, and trust.
This is a perfect role for a recent digital media, film making or journalism graduate or someone early in their content career who wants huge autonomy, variety, and impact.
What You’ll Do
1. Capture Content at Events & On-Site
-
Attend Cordic & SuperYes events and fleet offices around the UK, with a big focus on the South East
-
Film interviews (“vox pops”) with fleet owners and their teams
-
Capture real customer experiences about SuperYes, Cordic Dispatch and industry best practice
-
Produce highlight reels and customer story clips
2. Produce Short-Form Video Content
-
Shoot and edit videos for LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
-
Add captions, branding, graphics, and music
-
Maintain a “content bank” of customer clips, testimonials, insights, and field footage
3. Support Product Marketing Content
-
Work with team to shape and package short feature explainers for Cordic Dispatch
-
Create clear, visual explainer videos for SuperYes
-
Edit and polish Loom-style walk-throughs into consistent branded content
-
Determine best means of showcasing this content to customers and prospects
4. Help Evaluate, Launch & Produce an Industry Podcast
-
Assist in planning and producing an industry focused podcast
-
Record, edit, caption, and publish episodes
-
Create short video clips and graphics to promote episodes
5. Build Our Content Engine
-
Develop a repeatable workflow for capturing and releasing content
-
Keep track of events, filming opportunities, and upcoming product releases
-
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product
-
Ensure all content aligns supports Cordic’s mission - helping fleets succeed and is consistent, on-brand, and positioned for maximum impact
6. Support on general marketing activities
-
Help organise events
-
Provide administrative support to Cordic's presence at industry shows
-
Manage social media presence
-
Create outbound email and direct mail marketing based on the content produced
What Good Looks Like
In your first months, you’ll be producing:
-
A bank of fleet interviews across different cities, sizes, and dispatch systems

Event highlight videos for every SuperYes event
-
Short clips showcasing customer wins and operational impact
-
Branded feature explainers for the Cordic dispatch platform
-
Excellent social-ready content that our teams can post instantly
